Kanye West Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 "Moonrock",You Should Own One!

Kanye West is a creative mastermind. From his album to his kicks, he's put his effort and soul into his work. Although many can have different opinions about the man, his work takes talent. As an OG fan of Kanye who followed his career from College Dropout with hits like Through the Wire, All Falls Down, and Family Business, Kanye has always been about spreading his message. He used to do it in a soulful way but now he's much more extreme.
After being laughed and swept aside as a joke in the fashion world, the Chicago rap star took a different approach in exclaiming his opinions and showing his style. In a sense, it worked. Your mom, your grandma, your neighbor's grandma all know Kanye and his wild antics.

Nonetheless, his latest project the Yeezy Boost 350 dropped and it sold out immediately.
Hypebeast used Kanye's albums as inspirations for new colorways for the Yeezy Boost 350. All his individual works, collbaoration album with Jay-Z, and even his G.O.O.D. Music compilation was included. Check out the Yeezy Boost 350 Hypebeast re-imagining below.

Ask any hip-hop or sneaker fan about the coolest shoes around, and the answer will very likely be a Yeezy.
In 2015, the Adidas Yeezy Boosts won the FNAA “Shoe of the Year Award”, a nod towards the success of the Kanye West and Adidas Originals collaboration.
In fact, in 2015, sales at Adidas increased by 14% and net income went up 10%, in no small part due to the Yeezy Boost partnership.
With the launch of each season of Yeezys, web servers crashed, shoes sold out in under an hour and resale values surged to new record highs.
How did the Yeezy Boost become the most coveted sneaker of the moment? Let us find out more about this marketing miracle.

First impressions are positive, out of the box they look very nice, mixing different shades of grey and neutral colour tones to give a “moonrock” appearance. Besides the colour differences there are no noticeable changes from the prevous Pirate Black version. I did notice that the stitching on the front is much more noticeable because of lightness of material which does give it a slightly different shape (looking down).
While these are technically the same just in a different colour I do feel they miss the mark slightly, because of the “moonrock” colour they are actually incredibly hard to match to an outfit. You need to wear a very light shade of blue or just black to make them match trousers or jeans.

You don't see a lot of Moonrocks on the streets nowadays, but the tonal grey color is clean, simple, and easy to wear with anything. That these released during the heigh of Kanye's earth tone obsession makes a lot of sense, as they're one of the more muted shoes in the bunch.
